A traditional mimosa with a twist.

  • 1.5 oz Ice Pik Vodka
  • 1 oz Perfect Puree Blood Orange
  • ΒΌ Dry Vermouth
  • 4 oz Champagne

Chill all ingredients. Combine vodka, puree, and vermouth in a shaker. Shake and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne.
