• 1.5 oz of Cucumber infused Ice Pik Vodka
  • ½ oz Pimm’s No. 1
  • ¼ oz Limoncello
  • 4 oz Champagne

Combine vodka, Pimm’s, and limoncello in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into ice-filled Collins or highball glasses. Top with Champagne and garnish with a cucumber slice.
